2. Services Provided
Krijay Digital offers online digital marketing services including (but not limited to):
Website Design
(SEO) Optimization
Email Marketing
Content Creation
- Graphic Design
Social Media Ads
Services may be customized per client needs and are governed by individual service agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and timely information
Reviewing and approving deliverables promptly
Making payments as agreed
Ensuring they have the rights to use all content/materials they supply
Failure to cooperate may impact timelines and outcomes.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance for monthly and yearly plans.
Late payments may result in paused services.
Fees are non-refundable once a project or campaign begins, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom designs, strategies, and reports remain the intellectual property of Krijay Digital until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (e.g., website, content) is transferred to the client, excluding third-party software/licenses.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information that is marked or understood to be confidential, including but not limited to business strategies, client data, and marketing plans.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with a 14-day written notice.
Krijay Digital reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance, abusive behavior, or non-payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
Krijay Digital is not liable for:
Losses resulting from third-party tools or platforms (e.g., ad platforms, CMS outages)
Client-provided content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 30 days.
9. Revisions and Edits
Revisions are included as outlined in your specific service plan. Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.
10. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Mailchimp, WordPress). Krijay Digital is not responsible for changes in functionality, pricing, or policies of third-party tools.
11. Governing Law
